One to One Coaching Session

from £49.00

Time on the hill, together. No screen, no plan on paper, just direct coaching in the terrain you're actually training for.

These sessions are in person only, out on the trails and fells of North Wales. Typically 90 minutes, though length can flex depending on what we're working on.

Sessions are built around whatever you need working on. That could be:

  • Running technique on trail, hill, or technical fell terrain

  • Uphill and downhill running form and efficiency

  • Navigation and route planning for fell/ultra events

  • Pacing and effort management on terrain that isn't flat

  • Race recce — walking or running an upcoming race route together

  • Kit and gear check specific to fell/mountain conditions

Can be booked as a standalone session or added on to remote coaching or a self-guided plan.

Available solo, or as a pair/couple session at extra cost.

This is for athletes who learn by doing, want feedback in real time, or are working on something that's genuinely hard to coach from a distance, like moving well on technical descents or reading a route in bad visibility.
